Some Frequently Asked Questions: Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Normally orders are shipped within 24 Hours (1 business day) via UPS Ground Service Q: Can you ship to a Post Office Box? A: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, if this is the only shipping address you have please contact us to make other shipping arrangements. Q: What if I need merchandise the next day? A: If you send or call us with your order before Noon E.S.T., we can normally arrange to have your order shipped via overnight delivery for an additional cost. Q: Do you ship partial orders? A: A: If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you before we ship the remainder of your order. Q: Why doesn’t "Save Our Food" show on my credit card statement? A: A: We are the fulfillment center for Save Our Food. All shipping and billing is handled through us, therefore your statement will reflect this and show Source4 and not "Save Our Food". Q: Will new merchandise be added? A: A: We are currently working on a catalog that will offer new Save Our Food merchandise. |
